Upon contacting Folkhouse, these homeowners had recently relocated to Denver and acquired a splendid residence in the Washington Park neighborhood. Folkhouse collaborated closely with them to discern their desired ambiance for their home, existing furniture pieces they wanted to incorporate, and their envisioned lifestyle in their new home. Upon reviewing the homeowners' inspiration photos, Folkhouse observed a strong preference for white walls and warm, soft furnishings accented by bold and textured accessories.
In addressing the Living Room, which initially posed challenges due to its narrow dimensions, Folkhouse created a more harmonious layout and sourced a sectional that could accommodate the homeowners, pets and guests while not overwhelming the room.
Throughout the historic home, Folkhouse maintained white walls to optimize natural light diffusion and to establish visual coherence across various rooms.
The final design resulted in a rejuvenated, inviting and spacious environment that is perfectly suited for entertaining guests.
