In collaboration with Roman Guard Construction, Folkhouse partnered closely with the homeowners to maximize the expansion of both the Master Bath and Master Closet, prioritizing the transformation of the outdated tub/shower combination into a luxurious shower experience.

Folkhouse meticulously upgraded all fixtures and finishes, resulting in a bright, airy Master Bath designed for the entire family's enjoyment. The shower showcases a contemporary marble mosaic and dual showerheads, enhanced with Kohler Smart Technology for precise temperature control. A custom vanity was integrated to optimize storage, complemented by motion-activated lighting underneath, ideal for nighttime use.

Recognizing the outdated and rigid layout of the Master Closet, Folkhouse engaged with the homeowners to assess their requirements and proposed a cost-effective, adaptable custom closet system tailored to maximize available space and meet their specific needs.
